I have to tip my hat to zxc.....
after a quick search of pinksheets:
http://www.pinksheets.com/pink/quote/quote.jsp?symbol=rcch
it shows RCCH stock has a par value of .001! (not .0001)
With the AS of 13 Billion total the company now meets the market cap requirement of the Hong Kong GEM exchange, as 13 billion times .001 = 13 million US~
Coincidence? Maybe, but I doubt it lol!
I think we're going to the Hong Kong Exchange now~
tic toc!
This prevents the mm's from delaying the uplisting, haha!!

There are things you can replace
and others you cannot
The time has come to weigh those things
