No investor will come on board just to oust a board member, but invest in a company that has great potential.
It's not to late in the game the court hasn't granted Xkem a BK order yet, all evidence hasn't being presented yet in court, pretty sure the court will have plenty of questions for Swift, especially when so much is at stake with creditors and shareholders. That's when we need to be there to give our side of the story with proof
