I'm toying with the idea that the PR is real (after all I have said) and that a dividend will be paid in the form of stock which of course is worthless unless they PR a merger or something equivalent since 700M shares of a company OS of which the shareholders know nothing about the operational income is a bit much.

The PR must be real. I'm inclined to agree. The only other option is that the CEO must love putting his shareholders in a state of panic, lol.
