Well if Pandey or anyone has anyone that could inject some money into the company they could be put on the BODers, just like Basu did with Swift. Them any votes would not be dead locked like the last one was.........it would be bye bye Swift and then Puppet burg.

Taking this course of action for a private investor to inject money into the company don't see how any judge wouldn't accept that plan.
