It appears that he failed to comply with an Order of the Bankruptcy Court and that his proceeding there was dismissed.

I am not sure of the connection between his bankruptcy filing and Rodedawg International Industries Inc as he and Rodedawg are two separate entities/parties, aren't they?

Any input from any readers of this message board as to why he filed individually but his company did not file will be appreciated. Also, as to why he failed to proceed in Bankruptcy Court.
