We have received preliminary information regarding the exchange offer from WGL ENTERTAINMENT HOLDING (WEHI) regarding the exchange offer, however the depository is not yet accepting instructions to convert the common shares to preferred at this time. We would expect the offer to open for instructions as soon as they have confirmed all the terms of the exchange with the transfer agent for WEHI.

The preliminary information indicates that you are able to receive 1 share of convertible preferred stock per 1,000 shares of WEHI. The preferred stock will then be convertible back to common stock after 6 months at a 20% discount to market. Once we are able to accept, you submit instructions to participate in this voluntary exchange offer by e-mail, please follow these steps:

- Click "Compose"
- Enter your name, and then click "Choose a Topic."
- Select "Reorganization and Dividends."
- Click "Inquire About."
- Select "Participation Offer."
- Select the appropriate offer type.
