The NR says that: "The company plans to ship the NEW OTR Buffing Machines later this week..." I guess these are the two buffing machines that were supposed to arrive mid-November? Interesting that they are designed to handle tires up to 10' in diameter. That certainly is a HUGE tire, and would clearly have a LOT of rubber on it, no matter what shape it is in. 30,000 metric tons of scrap tires... Curious how this works. Where were these tires going previously? What kind of "deal" was made to acquire these tires? And... I also am interested in just how much useable material there might be on 30,000 tons of scrap tires.
