I heard from a friend who works at a regional bank that they were forced by the feds to take $3 billion from the bailout fund even though they didn’t need it. He said they did it to disguise what banks that are troubled, talk about a waste of money that could be used more effectively, another stroke of Paulson genius, he isn't gone soon enough Bernanke needs to join him.
