fairly meager volume to be setting a trend. I've followed thsi stock for quite a while...road it down...a made a little money...been out of it for quite awhile.

I think it shares in the whole discounted chinese market. Lost of them are trading at ridiculously low PE ratios and some even have more cash on hand than value in share price. Some will continue to grow and prosper...others might take a while.
