yesterday BIHC upped their AS to 700M shares.

Today everyone freaked out and got nervous (hence #1 board today). Then all the postings started on the BIHC forum, anger and quite a few cracks posting garbage, folks continued to get nervous speculating about the share structure.

Just recently Galo (who ever) updated the website stating the Galo has NOT posted today or yesterday and shut down the forum (about time). Also updated the share structure to show that no change was made to OS count (that is good).

My Opinion:
PR next week, deal is done, cash divy. Then announcement of either a merger and/or a merger and stock dividend in the VERY near future (why else incease the AS now? makes no sense).

But of course I know as much as the next guy, just speculation looking at how deals have gone in my past.
