this is the part i find interesting ragmuff..."owned by an association WE [WHO IS WE?] had intended on purchasing". if johnny c. or terry mixon already own aes/amne why use "we". does someone else own amne??? i still believe that control of this shell game called amne will always be by the preferreds floating around. preferreds that everyone connected with this company going back 10 years or more has been issued. see how johnny c. is exiting, however his 7.5 million shares are still his, note: no mention of any prefferreds he may still be hanging on to, the vermon running amne/amgg/cpn/rgno just hover around waiting for the next run. with the prefferreds, that are not affected by reverse splits, amne/rgno/cpn take 500 shares of the commons from shareholders and then with their preffereds issue millions more for themselves right after the split take effect. sweet game being played here, why would take a wild guess that jerry/greg/ricky p. are waiting on the sidelines for the next run. at 10 cents per share that equals $750,000 for johnny's 7.5 million...SWEETTTTTT
