Jagman... I disagree. Many companies are equity financed. Heck many homes are equity financed. How would you like it if every assesment company in your state got together and told your bank that your $250,00.00 home was worth $25,00.00? What are you going to do? Find another assessor? He knows what the other guys are up to and he isn't going to step on their toes. So basically you are screwed. If you think it can't happen just try to find a doctor that will testify against another doctor. Nuff' said. LH.
