what about the entire A/S is in management control so they are going to get paid on the DIVI SO THE COMPANY IS NOT GOING to have as much cash as we all think so they raised the A/S in order to in time sell shares when the PPS is at .05-.10 cents to raise more capital to acquire more companies. Just a guess cause I really dont want to sell Monday but might have to.
