We are all frustrated about this JV. We do not even have a cluE as to what is going on. Even the individuals who claim to have "Inside Information" do not have a clue. It is extremely frustrating and time consuming just to be on this board or in MM's. I am just as tired of listening to the same people making the same proclamations and at the end of he day THEY ALSO DO NOT HAVE A CLUE. The reflection of what some people claim to know is 10 years of misleading statements from which none has made it to a JV REALITY. If you feel it is time to have a real update, please contact me at your earliest convenience.

ps: It is time to act and if you are willing, I will let you know how to be informed. I am sure that JJ is doing his best in finalizing this deal. However his timing and conditions which are different from us (shareholders) are not known to anyone except just a few.
