If prez elect Mr. Obama has his way with essentially a new CCC program. It may be worth looking at companies such as Caterpillar, Kubota, etc. I know a frequent bottleneck in road construction is lack of heavy equipment and operators. If Mr. Obama takes care of the operator end and construction companies start getting subsidy payments. I'm at least going to put a few on watch.
