I heard Obama speak this summer and he said we need to continue to enhance our business relationship with China, in technology and goods. His administration is going to have to limit its promises or raise taxes during a recession.
Solar is not the Key to an Alt energy future, Wind is. Solar does not work when the sun goes down and is heavily dimished in cloudy days and higher latitudes. Hence Wind.

These so called Directors have high ranking family and affiliations with in Chinese Government IMO. You can not have more than One kidd in China with out the Reds knowing about it. Ask yourself do you think that they would allow anything less than a company providing power to there citizens? The fix is in with this company. The fix is in with Wind as well. with in 18months I would hope for a more recognizable trading platform....
