Let's say ALRY has production of 1000 barrels per month.
1000 X $40/barrel = $40,000
That's before any expenses, salaries, ect. Is Rex getting any business now outside of ALRY?
PLUS that $40,000 will not be all ALRY! That will go to landowners, JV partners, and other working partners and non-working partners.
Usually landowners MR get 3/16 or even 1/4 free ride! So there goes that out out of the $40,000.
One last thing for now is nobody but ALRY knows the percentages on their wells of working or non-working partners. That would leave ALRY with what percentage per well? Yes, ALRY will get money from the working partners for being the operator. Like $300-$400/well, and yes, I'm guessing on those numbers.
I don't know what ALRY deals are or what their production is so who really knows.
