Correct, the problem here might be that management is risking almost nothing. RME finances SPNG by getting shares at a 40% discount, they immediately turn around and flood the market with those chares -> RME sees an instant 30% - 40% profit and SPNG management gets paid.
Of course I could be wrong here, but I might be very right too. So far nobody can disprove my scenario because the TA is gagged and we just here fairy tales of NSS and reduced OS counts.
