I know exactly what has happened with my investment here, it is basically at almost zero now. However, I also know it ain't over 'til it's over so however foolishly I continue to hold some hope that this company could finally make a go of it and I might at least recover something. While I believe that Tadd's technical abilities are excellent and he was a great asset to HISS, I don't understand going to the news media now. He has filed a grievance with the state Dept of Labor, why not go through that process as most employees with labor issues do instead of almost certainly ensuring that there will be nothing to recover as far as his payroll claims.

The thing I find very interesting is how your appearance here seems to coincide with Tadd's departure from the company. Also, you seem to have tremendous knowledge of the internal workings of the company. Since Tadd publicly acknowledged in the newscast that he and Alex had in their possession company laptops that the COO Brian Riley told them they could keep until they were paid it just seems too coincidental that you suddenly show up with all this knowledge. Those laptops could possibly and probably have a lot of confidential company information on them. If there are/were intentionally fraudulent actions then those laptops should be considered evidence. If however, it turns out there was no intentional fraud, that data could be used to damage the company's relations with its current customers beyond repair, thus ensuring that the company dies completely.

The other issue that arises after viewing the interview is this- Tadd said that Brian told them the company was out of cash but asked if they would stay on and work without pay until the company resolved its cash flow problem. If Tadd and Alex knew there was no cash to get paid with and they decided to work an additional 3 weeks with no pay, where does the fault lie. The mismanagement of this company, especially in the marketing arena, has been acknowledged by me and many other longs here many times. However, Tadd and Alex walked into this situation with their eyes wide open by agreeing to work without pay until the company had some cash. Also, it would seem that if Brian had been lying to Skier and I when we made our office visits, then Tadd and Alex were complicit in those lies as they knew exactly what was going on but were excited about what the company was doing and about the deals they were working on. This came straight from the horse's mouth so for Tadd and Alex to turn in such a short time to a position that is 180 degrees opposite doesn't make sense unless they knew they were lying when they spoke with us.
