I'm confused. The last 700M shares were approved to the A/S earlier to bail us out of this tough time. Were they used? Does anyone have a current A/S count? Maybe I'm wrong. If not they need issued now to support our townhouse projects IMO during this great buying opportunity, even if we have to get approval from all parties by sweetening the pot with a few more shares (say another 10-25M) to the BIG 3 (PA,CA,RB) to get them to create more jobs in their new energy direction. Of course only after BK so we know the funds will go to the right place with a good plan that benifits shareholders. Without BK there is no garauntee, and it has to happen to get the shares. The rest needs to go to townhouses IMO! At this point it beats having the money sitting while we plummit. Why is this a consideration for anyone? I believe PA already agreed to increase the A/S for more spending in the near future. Maybe I'm wrong. I don't like dilution, but the problems need fixed. Come on PA and crew buy those at risk or defaults.
