In regards to our expansion in the townhouse market. Another good idea mentioned on other PBLS boards would be for the company to buy more deliquent or at risk townhouses in bulk during this troubled housing market. Of course to include refinancing at a much lower interest rate to significantly lower payments with minimal write downs however that would contribute to further market price declines, and significant industry losses (excluding late fees and ect... of course). This would take coordination of the lenders for the clean slate, but something for management and them to think about and work around. Because I don't have inside details of the company. Nobody likes to lose money not even lenders so management would be in control of the buyng oportunity, and I'm sure PA will be fair in the best interest of all shareholders...lol! Nothing should be free, but if we don't do something we will have another PBLS rate cut to .0000000freee shares for all. I can't say I like that idea.
