I believe so ditch72,
that's why I think they are worth a lot more than where it's setting today, lol~
There's only one way to skip the otcbb altogether, and that is to have the assets/revenue/market cap to do so.
Apparently RCCH has the goods, and the audit is the key.

There are things you can replace
and others you cannot
The time has come to weigh those things
