Hi ITguy, question.

Since Kaitrade is running with the ball here and they are writing the interface between SPOOZ Tools and Bloomberg who owns that code/interface.

I'm sure there are modifications and/or updates that are going to be needed. If Kaitrade is doing this are they charging SPOOZ to do this and again who owns the updates.

Now the main Program writer for the new SPOOZ Tools (and other Spooz staff) has left to start Kaitrade, what is it to prevent Urwinn to re-write it again and call it something else? What agreement do we have in place to prevent this.

I’m still not clear why all these guys left to start Kaitrade and now they are the main wheel between Spooz and Bloomberg and how that's a benefit to Spooz and it’s shareholders.
