STEHSUCKER, Thank You. As you know, I post both the good and the bad, and I AM a beleiver in the technology, I also want MY INVESTMENT managed in the best way possible and represented by the best possible.

1. "Dividends have only ever been contemplated as some sort of ruse to curtail naked shorting"
NO. They have not just been contemplated, they have been Publicly Announced. Quite a difference. Satisfy the dividends (in a TIMELY manner) and move on.

2. Instead of Peter talking, we are now paying Mario. Mistake. You know what Mario posted here compared to the real results. He should have been let go that day.

3. Is it just me or does anyone else have a garbage opinion of this "realphantom" person? How does a company allow a hired rep to hide behind an alias, and spew in the most unbusiness like, unprofessional manner possible? If any other XYZ company was promoted by the likes of phantom, you would be correct in being very skeptical.

4. 2nd OEM. Great. How do we get to be reporting with an unqualified auditor such as Marshall? With QTIG such a large part of SCMI and vice-a versa, doesn't this also pose a problem for QTIG and the qualifications of their audits even though QTIG replaced Marshall?

5. Shareholder Meeting 2003 and Company Press Release JUST after that shareholder meeting. Voting in the affirmative to authorize UP TO a 100 Milion share buyback, and then the PR of Management purchasing up to 2 Million shares.

Q: Was the company 100% successful in the 100 Million buyback?? Was it only 75% successful and bought back 75 Million shares? How about 50% successful? OK, perhaps just a mere 10% success and only 10 Million of potential 100 Million bought back? What was the feedback if any at this years meeting?
Get my point?
And what about Management and their up to 2 Million share purchases?

I am still hopeful for great things to come, BUT must be done TIMELY and PROFESSIONALLY.
