100% gains are great. But not realistic 1-5% gains a week would be fine by me. Adds up over a five years.

keep in mind shorters do well, but do worse when actual value is at hand. Wind is going to get the highest Obama dollars because wind creates power at northern latitudes, it works at night, it does not require huge areas of land like solar, etc etc stay long.
