You would think those who bought in between .01-.03 would love to average down at these ridiculously cheap levels

Just one problem.... I'm all dried up and out of cash!!!

Nothing is moving so I can't even flip to free up some. Just waiting here!

Stocks are much like a crapshoot! Sometimes you WIN, sometimes you LOSE! But you can't win if you dont play!
