It's a penny stock , I think those who think they are educated analyze penny stocks too much ....that's a joke , doesn't matter if they have a gazillion shares out it can still spike and move , there are many penny stocks that don't have bad history or a gazillion shares out and still don't move.99% of the times it's luck
