greedy, arrogant, underhanded, crooked, misleading, dilution happy, out for himself, I could go on and on Lucky ,but I won't drop anymore $ until he actually shows he is out for the best interest of the commons rather then just himself, family, friends and CD holders. The fact that he has not one dime of his money invested in this company shows he will not work for the commons as is his duty as CEO. There are those that will say "but he owns preferred's so he did invest" but we all know those shares he holds were paid for with us overpaying for his non profit making Wisebuys deal that saved him and his family $ while also paying them more then they ever hoped to make with that company.

His current salary ids a joke as he hasn't earned a dime of it and should be fired in fact he probably would if he didn't hold that ridiculus 80% he doesn't deserve.

What good is the idiotic investor relations link for e-mails if they never answer legitament shareholder questions.

He can't hide from the public forever.
