Saudi said $27 to $35 in 2005. T-Boone likes wind power which is not even base load. I think oil is near a bottom. But the price recovery will take a long time. Refineries are back to 80%. The Saudi's did this to us in the 1970's they have done it again and managed to crash the price before alt sources of oil like oil sands & shale could really gain traction.
