( LEEP ) - Leading Edge Earth Products, Inc. Receives LeepCore(TM) Order for More Than $1 Million and Product Requirements of at Least $4.8 Million for 2005
6/22/04

CHICAGO, Jun 22, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ --
Leading Edge Earth Products, Inc. (Pink Sheets: LEEP), announced today that it has received $1.16 million in conditional LeepCore(TM) purchase orders from a major modular manufacturing company. The Customer is the largest modular classroom manufacturer in the state of Florida. Product delivery is scheduled to begin in July.

The Customer also informed the Company that they are planning to purchase at least $4.8 million of LeepCore product during 2005. The Customer will provide the Company with a 2005 product allocation schedule by October 1, 2004.

Grant Record, LEEP's CEO said, "We are very pleased with this large order and the strong response that LEEP has received from the modular building sector and building contractors since the April 20, 2004 Florida state approval to use LeepCore(TM) for general construction in the state. Since LeepCore(TM) is designed to construct floors, walls and roofs, site-built builders of classrooms and other types of permanent buildings are now specifying LeepCore(TM) to replace conventional materials. Florida is the first state to approve LeepCore(TM) as an alternative building material to concrete and steel."

LEEP earlier announced that it is seeking funding to construct a large- scale LeepCore Manufacturing plant. This plant is planned to manufacture the product to support LEEP's unique method of construction. The Company believes the LeepCore product produces the highest-quality, lowest-cost, construction- time-effective classrooms that are commercially available. The planned new plant is designed to produce in excess of 25 million square feet of LeepCore structural panels per year.

LEEP is a publicly held developer and manufacturer of LeepCore. The product offers advanced properties and benefits, including fast design and construction cycles for long-span floors and roofs, and frameless freestanding wall construction. LeepCore is marketed as a lightweight structural building material that is fire, insect, water, dry rot, mold, corrosion and termite resistant. The product supports high-wind and earthquake resistant building designs. Additionally, thermal insulation properties exceed building industry standards. Target markets for LeepCore construction include: modular and site-built classrooms, North American site-built housing, commercial building construction, emerging country housing, telecommunication equipment shelters and military applications (with emphasis on airplane and helicopter transportable building systems, which are lightweight and perform well in extremely hot and cold weather conditions). The degree to which the Company exploits these markets will be a function of the Company's success with its quest for timely capital to rapidly expand manufacturing capacities.

The Company is late in its SEC filings. Management is aware of this reporting deficiency and plans to bring current the Company's SEC reporting status in conjunction with its current capital acquisition. Additional information is available on the Company's website: http://www.leepinc.com.
