I absolutely don't see how this is good news. This is some kind of software company, not mining. The only thing good is that it is a reporting company and it had a 52 week high of .05. With that said, once people get a whiff of Mellone being involved, it won't get up that high. Mellone has messed up in the past and maybe this will be his last "company". I know this will be the last time I associate myself with any "company" he's involved in.
