I have had similar problems, 17 movies in my queue and not received one for almost a month now. When I emailed them as both a subscriber and a shareholder I got a quick (but vague) response which seemed to promise that the new site/servers would "solve recent problems" so I'm hoping to get some DVD's soon after tomorrow's unveiling. Hopefully it was indeed a web problem and not a fulfillment problem. I keep hearing how great their media fulfillment company is, so I look fwd to quick improvement after tomorrow.
