IMO, the time horizon some people have who bought this stock, is not reasonable. Costs of doing business must be measured by principal owners. Too many people are wanting to become millionaires overnight without understanding what it takes to position the company properly. The only thing I saw here was the fact DD was not done to ensure the shell company would not experience the share management issues. The fact the name changes(2) were done manually by ETrade created some delays with the flippers here is mind boggling.

The only reason initially I am here was because of the changeover from an investment I made in International Shoe Manufacturing(ISHO) years ago. After several ownership and name changes, over the last 8 years, came CSTC now CSTL. So am I long? Absolutely! I almost wrote this off, but believe this stock has so much potential in the current market I decided to stick with it and the management team, in spite of negative attitudes like you and others have voiced over the last 6 months.

David, if you read this, I support your efforts. Thank you for the staying with your vision. There are investors here that are looking for a great company to come out of this. I just trust you are not letting these negative vibes from a few stop what you began. Just a thank you during this holiday season and have a Merry Christmas.

2009 will be fine.
