What in the world is that all about? Mayhem pulled its request to the CRTC and instead of selling the thing to Sandy they shut it down? What is going on?!?!?!?

For crying out loud, they just got permission to broadcast in French days ago when the officials that be were convinced they could do it.

This does not make sense.
