Publication dates are NOT application dates.

Applications are kept private for more than a year AFTER the application. Publication takes place usually after the patent has been granted in most cases. Unfortunately all of DNAG patents never make it through the process normally and are all rejected several times before they are stripped down enough to obtain an approval.

The application dates for those patents were several years ago. They were announced on these boards when they occurred. They are OLD news.

It is misleading to pretend that the company is still active and filing patent applications.

Please stop presenting false information.
