I try to remain skeptical but the Best In Class PR makes it sound like the North Ameriican phase is going to the next level....I think Eric believes that a USA NA is almost inevitable at this point. Otherwise why implement this program just for the Greater Toronto Area? Also, if sales were flat, I don't think Eric would implement this program at this time. I hate to make assumptions about Penny Stock....but i feel like Eric is trying to communicate something positive and real to the shareholders and he is not relying on moderators to get the signals crossed....
