Yes...u r right....re-fi's it's been....& the fixed 4.5% proposed Freddie & Fannie deal that NRA & mortgage brokers are now peddling is a joke.....why wouldn't I go into foreclosure just ta buy it back from the bank to get the fixed 4.5?

& thx for the usd/chf read a few posts back....was that from Nettles?...I forgot....but thx to whoever....that long term short I'm tryin ta hold (that was up almost 200 ystrdy) is only up 100 now....which is an improvement from where it was a lil earlier in the day....in the +50's. Def seems that 1.2020 range is gonna be a tuff 1 ta crack thru.

Takin a lil break of sorts over here.....I find that every so often I need ta step back from it all & jus lurk.....sometimes it's best to be thot of as a fool then to speak & remove all doubt :0
