I truly doubt there would be a class action shareholder suit against TIV, its Officers and Directors, because there would be nothing to recover, except huge debt, marginally economic wells (at least at current oil prices) and rusting production "capacity" equipment. I guess if you could go after them all personally it would be cost effective/worthwhile considering some of them have some pretty deep pockets. I was involved in one with Enron and got some pretty good recovery.

Maybe TIV will actually come thru when we least expect it (like very soon) and all this shareholder value decimation, lies, and class action shareholder lawsuit talk will all be forgotten? That's the long in me still hoping for a miracle, or a big rabbit being pulled from Lynn's hat. LOL
