We have chosen 5 cents above the dividend amount which could be reached this week
as a starting point for notification to the group holders....we do not intend to sell any
at that price, just take a consensus as to what
price to sell and amounts. After this is reached we will be taking phone and email
votes (majority rules) as amounts and price to sell.
In other words "no consideration" of selling until 5 cents above dividend is reach.

But, our holders all have agreed to hold 2/3 past the X
Date and make decisions after, unless we see $1.00 plus.
Then these decisions are subject to my discretion, and my decisions will be based on wording of the PR.
