Averaging down is smart in most legitimate stocks; except HTOGE, UPDV,UVSE,QMLM etc…I personally believe averaging down with this so called company, is no different than trying too catch a falling knife. This OCT:bb strategy is just so repetitive in nature, SPs spike from misleading NRs until dilution is recognized by seasoned traders; followed by, sideways trading to continue the hopeful delusions of bag holders. It’s not until bag holders actually come to except the fact they’ve lost there money and that dilution is taking place. The results are inevitable; a complete tanking of SP, a reverse split or a series of RS. Then the thieves that orchestrate this junk start all over again, roping in a new batch of bag holders primed and ready for legalized fraud. END of Story and of course MO.
