hi arctec, no this is the new placement from frcd oil deal with prxx/paii. this could be a new day for them in oil exchange with foreign countries. i would have to go back and see when the name changed was introduced. the new symbol does indicate that they want to do big business with many countries.

so now it is , patch international,inc. ,,, paii.
