That's the name of the game when playing penny stocks/over the counter. Everyone is risky , pumped or not even those which are not pumped can land you in the dumpster. This one is going higher and I feel it just a matter of time for it to start moving again, yesterday many bought over .005 to .009 with low volume and today with even lower volume it's dropped but holding really good. there was a gain of over 1500% yesterday so I really think this is holding well and will hit over .01. If this is a pump then it's not over yet or it would have gone back to .0005. I'm keeping a positive mind and hope this will continue it's upward trend
