Petty's return to Tierra del Fuego, an area that is near Antarctica, does not appear to be a junket. The appointment of Dunn and Infante to the Argentine suggests that the long awaited deal may be near. Petty may be going to sign the contract but doesn't want to post it since it would disappoint if the deal is delayed. Maybe we will get a nice Christmas present after all.
