You're sayin` they could, maybe, leave off the
electricity generation and save money on new
plants?

So what about the waste heat?

There's your front end pollution.

But, sure enough, you get a cheaper plant.

And we get cheap biodiesel or whatever.

And it's a little warmer to boot.

You an` me are happy, but somebody with a "T"
in his handle is gonna pitch a hissy fit.

And he`s right, we need the electricity.
