The shares John C has are from the Preferred he received from the purchase of AES which are convertible Preferred, the old Preferred was not affected by Reverse Splits the NEW Preferred is. John did not create the old Preferred, but did create the new.

Therefore he converted his Preferred (from the purchase of AES) into Common which is all to be canceled so what is your point.
