HomeBuilders- Sorry, someone asked earlier about the better shorts in this area. KBH use to be my favorite. It has moved to #2. I would short in this order; RYL, KBH, TOL, LEN, BZH, CTX,
PHM and MDC I don't follow much. RYL and KBH I play the most sometime this week I am going to review my rankings. I think MDC may need to move up a bit. I'm thinking with all this free downpayment going to low income buyers I may need to rethink KBH and RYL and look to more of the mid to high level builders.
