Then what is the benefit of an empty shell---anyone that owns one just uses it to issue shares and reverse merge again--for financing and to make money for the owner. No business plan needed--just pump and dump--and pay some consultants to pump it forever--sound familiar? And being a non reporting company--is that a benefit too!
