C2C Zeolite Corporation (TSX.V) Announces the Appointment of Dr. James B. Graham to the Board of Directors

Calgary, Alberta CANADA, June 21, 2004 /FSC/ - C2C Zeolite Corporation (CZC - TSX Venture), is pleased to announced the appointment of Dr. James B. Graham t
o the Board of Directors of the Corporation, effective June 11.2004.

Dr. Graham is an Association Professor Emeritus of the Faculty of Management of the University of Calgary. During his 20 years at the U of C he held numerous administrative positions and taught marketing, strategy and entrepreneurship. He was active in the business community consulting to private and government organizations on marketing, strategy and employee training. After leaving U of C he co-founded Newtech Commercialization Ltd. to develop and market innovative products.

Dr Graham has served on a number of corporate boards including Virtual Computing and Western Feedlots. He is Chairman of the Board of Calgary Vocational Services and a large Calgary based not for profit organization focusing on providing training and support for people in transition.

C2C also announces; That Gerald A. Diener has resigned as CFO of the Corporation but will continue to serve as a Director for the Corporation.

C2C Zeolite Corporation develops zeolite products and applications for the petroleum, environmental and construction industries domestically and internationally. Zeolites are nanostructured minerals with distinctive molecular characteristics that are increasingly being developed for commercial utilization.
