Forget calling JP Morgan. They bought the bank assets, not the holding company related assets. What concerns me so deeply here is that the executive management of Washington Mutual is undoubtedly going to get compensated based on their net recoveries. If they can figure a way to hijack our proceeds from the DIMEZ litigation rights this will mean more in their pockets. As such, if they think we will all go away (or would not properly and legally enforce this matter) then we are toast, regardless of the amount of the amount of the ultimate litigation rights recovery here. We all need to start to apply some pressure and it is time that we did not act quite so cordial. This has all the appearances of a travesty in the making!
