Short interest dropped another 1,623,257 in the two weeks from October 31st to November 14th .

That is almost 6 million short shares covered in one month .

The December 9th loan auction and the subsequent and intended sale / merger of Cell Genesys by December 31st are the likely reasons for the huge short covering in one month . I expect most / all of the short positions will be covered by December 9th or soon thereafter .

IMO this stock is a strong buy .
